Maritime Career Training - Brisbane

Maritime Career Training is approved by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) to deliver Certificate of Safety Training in compliance with the IMO STCW convention requirements for Basic Safety Training (often referred to as STCW95 Basic Safety Training) required by any person wishing to work as crew on a superyacht.
 
This certificate is recognised by the United Kingdom's Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).
 
Training is conducted at their training facility based in Nambour on Queensland’s famous Sunshine Coast.
 
The training provided by Maritime Career Training is specifically designed to provide candidates with the skills necessary to safely and efficiently crew on board a power or sail yacht as well as on any Australian registered ship and is also recognised widely internationally.
 
Each course has a theory component and a practical component.
 
Maritime Career Training is a Registered Training Organisation under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
