Various agencies in Australia have responsibility for protection and safety within our borders.  This page provides navigation to information regarding the expectations of these agancies and links to further information as required.

 

Border Protection and Information

Before your superyacht arrives in Australia you must notify the Customs and Border Protection of your date of arrival.  Australian Customs and Border Protection Service manages the security and integrity of Australia's borders while facilitating the legitimate movement of people and goods.  It works closely with agencies such as AQIS and Department of Immigration and Citizenship to detect and deter unlawful movement of goods and people.

 

The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and Maritime Safety Queensland are responsible for protection of our natural assets and safety in our waters respectively.
